“Demolition Man” (1993) is a science fiction action film directed by Marco Brambilla. The movie stars Sylvester Stallone as John Spartan, a tough, no-nonsense LAPD sergeant, and Wesley Snipes as Simon Phoenix, a psychopathic criminal mastermind.

The film opens in 1996 with Spartan capturing Phoenix, but during the operation, hostages are killed, and both men are cryogenically frozen as punishment.
