Noa, a disillusioned woman from Portland, meets Steve at a supermarket, and they quickly hit it off. After several dates, Steve invites Noa for a weekend getaway, but once at his luxury home, he drugs her drink and she wakes up chained in captivity. Steve reveals he is a sadistic cannibal who kidnaps and harvests women for human meat, which he both consumes and sells to wealthy clients.

Noa meets another captive, Penny, who tells her about other victims, including a woman named Melissa who has gone insane. Noa attempts to escape but is punished with mutilation. Mollie, Noa’s best friend, grows concerned and starts investigating, discovering Steve’s real identity as Brendan and learning about his past crimes. She informs Brendan’s wife, Ann, who, after being confronted, knocks Mollie unconscious.

Noa gains Brendan’s trust by pretending to enjoy human meat, and during a dinner where she tastes human flesh, she finds Mollie’s phone among Brendan’s trophies. During a subsequent dinner, Noa bites off Brendan’s penis, helps Penny and Mollie escape, and they fight Brendan. They flee into the woods, where Noa shoots Brendan dead.

Ann later finds Brendan’s body and attacks Noa, but Noa and Mollie manage to kill her. They finally relax, only for Noa to receive a text from an old date. In a mid-credits scene, Brendan’s clients are shown seated at a table with human meat.
