The film takes place in the heart of Gangnam, a glamorous and wealthy area of Seoul, where life is interrupted by the sudden outbreak of a mysterious zombie virus. The story follows a group of survivors trapped in the area as they try to escape the chaos caused by the zombie epidemic.

At the center of the plot is Hyeon-seok, a former MMA fighter who, after witnessing the sudden transformation of normal people into bloodthirsty zombies, must use his fighting skills to protect himself and others.
