“A Werewolf Boy” (2012) is a South Korean film that tells a romantic story between a young girl and a mysterious boy with wolf-like characteristics. The movie begins when an elderly woman named Kim Sun-yi receives a call about her family’s old house in the countryside. This prompts her to recall a story from 47 years ago.

In the past, young Sun-yi moved to the rural house with her mother and sister for health reasons. There, they discover a wild boy living in the area. The family decides to take him in, naming him Chul-soo. Sun-yi gradually teaches Chul-soo how to behave like a normal human being.

As time passes, Sun-yi and Chul-soo develop deep feelings for each other. However, Chul-soo’s “wolf” nature and the interference of others in the village threaten their relationship. Eventually, they are forced to part ways, but Chul-soo promises to wait for Sun-yi’s return.

In the present, elderly Sun-yi returns to the house and finds Chul-soo still waiting for her, not having aged. The film ends with their emotional reunion.
