The stars align once more—Stargate (2025) has unveiled its long-awaited first trailer, reuniting audiences with the legendary sci-fi saga that began over 30 years ago. Directed by Denis Villeneuve (Dune), this ambitious revival blends cosmic wonder, ancient mystery, and explosive spectacle into a bold new vision of interstellar adventure.

James Spader returns in a legacy role as Dr. Daniel Jackson, now older, wiser, and haunted by decades of knowledge about the universe beyond the Gate. When a newly uncovered Stargate is activated deep beneath Antarctica, Jackson is pulled back into the fold—forced to join a new expedition team as humanity once again steps into the unknown.

The cast includes Florence Pugh as astrophysicist Dr. Eliza Kane, John David Washington as the hardened military commander leading the mission, and Mads Mikkelsen as a shadowy figure tied to an ancient alien order determined to reclaim control of the Gate.

The trailer teases colossal visuals: deserts lit by twin suns, alien pyramids cracking open to reveal hidden cities, and interstellar battles waged across galaxies.
