The ring lights up again—DreamWorks has unveiled the first teaser trailer for Real Steel 2 (2025), the long-awaited sequel to the robot-boxing blockbuster that captured hearts in 2011. Directed by Shawn Levy, the film promises an emotional comeback packed with high-stakes action, father-son drama, and next-generation spectacle.

Hugh Jackman reprises his role as Charlie Kenton, the washed-up fighter who found redemption through his bond with Atom, the underdog robot that became a legend. Years later, Charlie is back in the fight—but the world of robot boxing has evolved into something bigger, faster, and more dangerous.

Joining him is Tye Sheridan as Max, now grown up and stepping into the ring himself—not as a fighter, but as a strategist, determined to push Atom beyond anything thought possible. Together, father and son must face powerful new machines, rival trainers, and a corporate league determined to crush Atom’s legacy forever.
